The problem with doing it yourself later is that the plumbing, supply, waste and vent, might not be available after the house is complete. 8000 is not unreasonable depending on the fixtures they are using and the square footage of the bathroom. I redid my bath recently for about 5000 using top of the line fixtures and special heating units. However I spent almost two months doing it. I could not work every day but a lot more goes into it that you might first think.]]></description>
